Shujaa, the national rugby sevens team will be redeeming its image at they travel to USA in the 5th leg of HSBC World rugby sevens series in Las Vegas this weekend.
Head coach Paul Murunga will be naming the squad without Johnston Olindi due to travel issues.
With the tournament set for Saturday and Sunday, Kenya is nosing relegation with 12 points and in 13th place.
After Las Vegas 7s, the team will them travel to Canada for Vancouver 7s that takes place on 9-10 March.
The Las Vegas 7s kicks-off on Saturday with Kenya set to take on hosts USA at 3.50am. The second pool B match for Kenya will be against France at 6.29am on Saturday before closing with Argentina at 11.58pm.
Heading to Vegas 7s, Kenya sits 13th in the HSBC World Sevens Series standings with 12 points, just one above Japan who occupy position 15- the relegation point.
