Football defending champions Turbo will begin their title defence Moiben and Ainabkoi in pool B as Usin Gishu Primary schools Sports Association gets underway on June 1st as Hill school in Eldoret.
Turbo will begin their match against Ainabkoi before finishing pool matches against Moiben. Last year finalists Kapseret tops pool A with Kesses and Soy in the six Sub County encounter.
In football girls, champions Soy leads pool A and features Kapseret and Kesses while second placed Moiben leads Turbo, Ainabkoi and Moiben in pool B.
Volleyball champions Turbo and Kapeseret in boys and girls respectively are in pools A and B. Turbo’s pool features Ainabkoi and Soy while pool B has Kapseret, moiben and Kesses.

In handball Boys, Kapseret, Soy and Ainabkoi are in pool A while Kesses is pooled with Turbo and Moiben. In girls, Kapseret leads Ainabkoi and Kesses in pool A and Soy, Moiben and Turbo are in pool B.
Led by county chairman Paul Tororei, the county championships will be more competitive after the introduction of age.
“The age limit will give equal opportunities for our young talents to prosper in sports,” said Tororei.
