High flying Shabana FC has rejuvenated their quest to return into the Kenya Premier League following the victory against Silibwet FC in today’s National Super League Match.
Kisii based club won 2-0 against Silibwetwith goals from Nehemiah Onchiri and Brian Kiako scoring in the 20th and 82nd minutes to close the gap on leaders FC Talanta, who drew 1-1 with Mully Centre of Family (MCF) at Ruaraka.
Second placed Kenya Police played to barren draw with Kisumu Allstars while Kibera Black Stars beat Nairobi Stima 3-2 at Camp Toyoyo.
Kibera scored through Ronald O’neill, Daniel Odhiambo and Michael Omulama.
Modern Coast Rangers beat Migori Youth by a solitary goal at Serani grounds as Vihiga Bullets edged out hosts Coast Stima 5-0 at Mbaraki Stadium and Muranga Seal played to a barren draw against Soy United Bukhungu Stadium.
In other matches, Mwatate Uniuted FC played to a 2-2 draw against APS Bomet FC at Dawson Mwanyumba Stadium.
