FKF Cup champions Tusker has progressed into the second CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers following their 1-0 win over Al-Ahli Wad Medani in a match played today at the Nyayo National stadium in Nairobi, Kenya.
Chris Erambo scored the solitary goal to hand Julien Mette’s side victory to progress with a 3-2 aggregate victory over the Sudanese outfit.
Tusker recorded a 2-2 draw in the opening match played in Uganda last weekend and they wait the winner between Tanzanian giants Singida Black Stars and South Sudan side Al-Ghazal.
The 60th minute goal from Erambo made the big difference.
