Amateurs in search of points at Mt Kenya Championships in Nyeri

Top Kenyan amateur golfers will be heading to Nyeri for the second round of Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) series for the Mount Kenya Championships.

They will be hunting for points ahead of 2023 Magical Kenya Open that has 25 events across the country at the par 72 Nyeri Golf Club.

The opening round was held two weeks ago at the Sigona Club, Sigona Bowl with Royal Nairobi player Jay Sandhu winning the title as those who had qualified for 2022 Magical kenya open giving the championships a wide berth as they prepare for the championships set for Muthaiga between 3rd and 6th March.

Among those who will be at the Muthaiga are Nyali’s Adel Balala, Kenya Amateur Match Play champion John Lejirmah, Kiambu’s Michael Karanga and Dennis Maara from Limuru.
