Amunyoleti and Mboya scores as Harambee Starlets whip Burundi in CECAFA women Opener

Martha Amunyoleti and Faith Mboya were on target when Harambee Starlets defeated Burundi in the opening round of CECAFA Senior Women Challenge played in da es Salaam, Tanzania.

Amunyoleti scored a brace for the Starlets with Mboya’s goal making it a 3-0 win for Beldine Odemba side.

Kenya took the lead in the 2^nd minute when her over shot pass, direct from her goalkeeper Annedy Kundu to score first for 1-0.

Coming from Vihiga Queens, Amunyoleti was on target again in the 7^th minute for a 2-0 lead after Violet Nasaka’s shot.

Mboya sealed the victory.
