Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham seal Carabao Cup semis

Ueafa Champions League champions Chelsea will be taking on Tottenham Hotspurs and Liverpool play Arsenal at the semifinals of Carabao Cup following their dominance at quarterfinals that concluded last night.

Liverpool won the best of four following their defeat against Leicester on penalties following a 3-3 at Anfield.

Leicester’s Jamie Vardy bagged a brace, scoring first in the 13th minute before adding the second ten minutes later Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain long-rage halved the score and Leicester restored their two-goal before break through James Maddison for a 3-1 lead.

On resumption, Diogo Jota gave Liverpool life with his score for a 3-2 lead and Takumi Minamino leveled to force the game into penalties where hosts won 5-4.

Tottenham beat West Ham 2-1 to face Chelsea who beat Brendford 2-0.

At Tottenham stadium, Steven Bergwijn scored first for the hosts before West ham’s Jarrod Bowen leveled for a 1-1 but Lukas sealed the victory for the hosts.

Chelsea earned the slot with 2-0 win against Branford when Pontus Jansson turned James’ cross into his own net 10 minutes from time and Jorginho converted a penalty.
