Harambee Stars head coach Benni McCarthy has praised his team for beating Chad during yesterday’s International friendly match played in Morocco.
After a barren draw in the first leg, Stars, the national men football team were 2-1 winners against Chad, marking the first win for the South African tactician.
He said that the team’s future is great as the country gears up to host the African Nations Championship (CHAN) and Africa Cup of Nations.
FC Talanta player Emmanuel Osoro and Bandari’s David Sakwa were on target for Kenya and will be the key ahead of CHAN and AFCON where Stars are in pool A in CHAN.
