National champions Dr.grey Laiser Hill and Butere Girls have two matches to retain their basketball titles at the ongoing Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) National Term One Games at the Shanzu Teachers College in Mombasa County.
In the first semifinal, Dr Aggrey, who are the hosts will play Lukenya school as former champions Laiser will be facing off with Dagoretti High school in the second semifinal as they renew their rivalry, ina repeat of last year where champions won 61-35.
With their drama team being tear-gased in Nakuru, girls basketball, champions Butere girls will be taking on Olympic school as Kaya Tiwi take on former champions St. Joseph’s Kitale in the semifinals.
Handball champions Kamusinga have a date against Kadika as St Joseph’s Girls Kitale play Dagoretti Mixed with boys champions Kimilili boys take on Highway as Kamito battle Manyatta.
National rugby 15s champions All Saints faces Kisii School with Vihiga High playing former champions Upper Hill.
