Reigning Kenya premier league (KPL) champions Gor Mahia will be hoping to extend their lead on the table when they face SoNY Sugar in mid week KPL match at Moi stadium Kisumu.
Gor mahia who extended the lead by five points after edging out Nzoia Sugar 2-1 on Monday, will be facing off with their hosts Sony at Moi stadium Kisumu on Thursday before facing off against RS Bertake in CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals on Sunday at Moi Sports Centre, Kasarani.
Only three matches will be on card on Wednesday. Former champions Tusker will host Western Stima at Machakos as well as Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) hosting Mathare United at the same venue while kakamega Homeboyz hosts former Champions Ulinzi Stars at Bukhungu stadium.
On Thursday 2009 champions Sofapaka will be hosting cash strapped Vihiga United as AFC leopards who fell to none league side Bungoma Super Stars in the Sportpesa Shield Cup on Monday will host Chemelil Sugar at Machakos.
