Newly crowned Premier League champions Tusker has released 11 players ahead of their return to the African football championships.
Those who have been affected include Luke Namanda, Mike Madoya, Chris Ochieng’, Chrispinus Onyango, Rodgers Aloro, Brian Marita, Faraj Ominde, Robert Mboya, Sammy Meja, and Eric Ambunya.
As they offloead top players, they have managed to sign Charles Momanyi, Patrick Matasi, Tanzanians Kalos Kirenge and Joshua Ibrahim.
Tusker will be opening the CAF champions preliminary round against Djibouti’s Artar Solar to be played next month between 10-12 with the second leg planned for September 17-19.
