The Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) TV will be broadcasting live the 2024 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN 2024) set for next month.
According to a communication, specifically KBC Channel 1 will be the official broadcast partner for, as designated by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
KBC has acquired exclusive rights to air all matches of the tournament, which is hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania from August 2 to August 30, 2025.
As the host broadcaster for Kenya, KBC Channel 1 will provide live coverage of the event, including the opening match featuring Kenya’s Harambee Stars against DR Congo at Kasarani Stadium.
This role aligns with KBC’s commitment to delivering high-quality broadcasts of major African football events, as seen with their previous acquisition of rights for other CAF tournaments like AFCON 2023
