Sandra Chebet and Naibei Kiplimo were the winners today’s Athletics Kenya Nairobi reguon cross country championships held at the Nairobi West prison Grounds.
Chebet won the 10km senior women title after timing 33:48.5 ahead of compatriot Emily Chebet (35:07.8) and Margaret Nduta completing the podium in 35:41.6.
In 10km senior men, Naibei Kiplimo won in 30:04.77 beating Patrick Mwaniki (30:09.42) and Shadrack Masai (30:14.05).
In 8km junior men, Victor Chepkwony won the title in 24:42.3 as Triza Cherotich won the 6km junior title in 21:25.6.
