Chinhoi take a seven lead at Safari tour at Uganda Open

Zimbabwean Robson Chinhoi fired -6 to take the lead in the second round of the Safari Tour Series on par 72 Uganda Golf club.

Chinhoi, who won the second leg meeting at Nairobi Royal golf club in October carded 66 gross in the second round, adding on his one under in the opening round for a total of seven under par 137 to take unconvincng lead.

He leads Kenyan newly turned professional golfer Samuel Njoroge lies second with Ugandan Deco Akope with level par 144.

Njoroge from Ralways club played one under par 71 today with his one over in the opening round while Akope, who enjoyed round one lead with two under completes the podium.

Defending champion, Madalitso Muthiya dropped to 5th with +6 while Philip Kasozi (+1) is in 4th while Mike Kisia in 5th .
