Chui, the Kenya men’s Hockey team fell to champions South Africa at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Accra, Ghana.
With both teams already qualified into the semifinals following their victory in the opening pool A matches, the battle was for who should take the first position that the champions won with an emphatic 2-1.
The winners scored first through Ntuli Nqobile who bagged a brace but Constant Wakhura halved the score.
Kenya will face the pool ‘B’ winners in the semis, while South Africa will be up against the runners up for a place in the final.
