Chui, the national hockey men’s team started their Africa Cup of Nations on high, winning the opening match against Namibia to qualify into the semifinals at the Theodosia Okoth Stadium in Accra, Ghana.
In a three team pool A, Kenya recorded 4-1 win to sail to the semifinals as they face champions South Africa tomorrow to determine who tops the pool.
South Africa thrashed Namibia 13-0 to make it through.
Kenya scored through Constant Wakhura, Allain Iningu, Francis Kariuki and Festus Onyango.
