City Stars and Rangers win as Bidco draw

Returnees Nairobi City Stars and Posta Rangers picked all points in today’s premier League matches.

City Stars defeated former champions AFC Leopards 2-1 win in a match played at the Ruaraka grounds while Rangers beat returnees Vihiga United by similar margin.

At Ruaraka, Nicholas Kipkirui scored the late goal for City Stars win. Chris Odera scored first in the 34^th minute for Stars before Washington Munene leveled for a 1-1 in the 67^th minute but Kipkirui ensured that they pick all points.

Francis Wambute scored in the 89^th minute Rangers beat bottom based Vihiga United, adding their misery with 2-1.

Michael Apudo scored first for Rangers in the 24^th minute as Nambute scored in the 89^th minute to seal Ramgers victory while Lawrence Luvanda halved the score.

Alex ‘Keke’ Juma  scored first for Bidco United before Wazito FC leveled through Vincent Oburu in the one all draw.
