Coca Cola and Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) unveiled a Kshs 4.5 and KSh 28 million sponsorship respectively towards the 3rd edition of the KCB Karen Masters Golf Championship in the tournament that has attracted 156 professional golfers.

The tournament, Which is part of the Sunshine Tour, Coca will be the official hydration partners for the tournament in the tournament that tees off on Thursday running to Sunday on par 72 Karen country and golf club.
Apart from the professional golfers, four handicap one golfers will feature in the Masters where the winner will play in the Sunshine tour, a continental show piece that is also affiliated to the European tour.
KBL handed over the cheque today by KBL Head of Spirits Ann Joy Muhoro where the alcohol company will sponsor through the Johnnie Walker brand.
Ali Mohammed of the Karen Country Club, expressed delight at having KBL on board for the Tournament.
“This year we are happy to once again welcome the Kenya Breweries Limited, through the Johnnie Walker brand, as the official alcoholic beverage partner.” He said.
Ali concluded by urging fans to come out in large numbers to enjoy four days of great golf.
“I want to urge all Kenyans to turn up in large numbers to support our local golfers and enjoy four days of great golf.”
