Kenya rugby national teams-Shujaa and Lionesses-have been drawn against fellow African countries in the April’s Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.
Men’s side Shujaa is in pool C together with African side Zambia as well as New Zealand and Canada in rugby seven’s while men’s side Lionesses will play South Africa, Canada and New Zealand according to the draw released today.
Rugby matches will be played on April 13th to 15th as winners in each of the four pools men’s competition will advance to the semifinals, staying in contention for the medals on offer while the top two sides in each pool from the women’s competition advance to the semifinals as they compete for the medals at stake.
