Eldoret Falcons edge Mathare in KWPL

Cynthia Mukhanji netted a brace as Eldoret Falcon edged out visiting Mathare United Women in the Kenya Women Premier league (KWPL) played at The University of Eldoret grounds on Sunday.

Mukhanji scored the second and third goal to seal the third victory in a row to increase their chances of winning the KWPL title following their 2-0 win over Kayole Starlets and Mombasa Olympic 1-0 lead in the opening match of the second leg.

Janet Moraa scored first on the 44^th minute to give the hosts a goal lead into the break before Mukhanji netted the second goal on 55^th minute to give Eldoret side a 2-0 lead before she completed a brace on the 77^th minute for a 3-0 win.
