Eldoret Youth wins unplayed match as police derby ends in a draw

Eldoret Youth collected three points and two goals without playing any game after their opponents Kangemi AllStars failed to turn up in the fourth fixture of National Super League (NSL) at Eldoret Showgroud today.

The hosts, who will be playing their home matches at Eldoret Showground,were prepared for th match but their opponents communicated late that they will not be making it for the much awaited match as Eldoret Youth was waiting to play their first home match. The Eldoret based team has been playing at Kericho Green stadium their home matches but after they erected perimetre fence, they were allowed to play from the ground.

In other matches Administration Police (AP) and Kenya Police played out to a 2-all draw today at Camp Toyoyo grounds.

Herbert Okoth scored first on the second munute for AP as Kenya Police levelled through Martin Mutua on 25th minutes as AP restored the lead in 54th minute with Michael Onyango tapping in the second but once again, Mutua levelled for Kenya Police in the 76th minute for a 2-2 final score.
