Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Badminton Kenya, Kenya Swimming Federation will for the second time miss to have a seat at the National Olympics Committee of Kenya (NOC-K) at the national elections set for next Thursday, December 9th.
With incumbent president Paul Tergat remaining unchallenged, 13 seats will be vied for but FKF will not have a post for the next four years again.
Among those who presented their papers for elections include Kenya Judo Federation President Shadrack Maluki as he seeks to defend his post against John Kilonzo, the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) director as First Deputy President.
Kenya Volleyball federation (KVF) president Waithaka Kioni will be defending his Second Deputy President posts against former marathoner Tegla Loroupe.
Incumbent Secretary General Francis Paul will defend his position against current Deputy Secretary General Francis Mutuku and Kenya Table Tennis Association (KTTA) president Andrew Mudibo.
Executive Committee member Shoaib Vayani, former Deputy Secretary General James Chacha and Soft Ball Federation official Francis Karugu will be facing off with Paul Otula, Winnie Kamau, June Waweru and Barnaba Korir for the posts.
