Former Shujaa and Simbas player Otieno joins USA Army

Horace Otieno, the former Shujaa sevens and Kenya Simbas player has joined the USA Army.

Otieno, who turned up for Kenya sevens where he compete at the prestigious World Rugby Sevens Series between 2007 and 2014.

He also played for Mwamba.

The Physical Education and Sports Coach at Peponi and Greensted International Schools also played for Technical University of Kenya, from 2006-2008.

He announced on his twitter account that: “This We’ll Defend,” said Otieno on Twitter. “I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy, the enemies of the United States of America in close combat.”
