Four athletes are set to double their chances at the Confederation of Africa (CAA) under 18/20 championships set for Nigeria next month.
Following the announcement of the official team Kenya by the Athletics Kenya following the national trials that came to an end today at the Afriaha stadium in Nakuru for continental championships set for July 16th to 20 in Abeokuta State in Nigeria
Lawi Kiplangat Ng’etich will double in both the 1,500m and 800m competing in the under 18 boys while Kelvin Kipng’eno will also feature in two events, the long jump and triple jump in the under 18 category.
Sprinter Clinton Aluvi will be competing in both the 200m and 100 in the men’s under 20 just as Kelvin Kiprop who will be competing in long jump and triple jump.
