Gaspo Women, Kibera Soccer Academy and Thika Queens were the only teams that picked maximum points in the Kenya Women Premier league that entered the 8th fixture.
It was all draws as Zone A leadrers, for the first time dropped points just as Nakuru West Queens in Zone B.
Gaspo thrashed their hosts Zetech Sparks 4-0 in a match played at the Ruiru grounds today. Mercy Airo scored first for the winners in the second minute before Diana Wacera doubled in the 32nd minute as they went into break 2-0 up.
On resumption, Sheril Andiba was on target for th third in the 74th minute and Mutukiza Wambui sealed the victory in 84th minute.
At Ligi Ndogo, Kibera Soccer Academy defeated Makolanders 3-0 with a brace from Laventine Lihemo and Cynthia Atieno in zone A.
Lihemo opened the scores in the 2nd minute before before Atieno doubled fifteen minutes later and Lihemo sealed the victory in the 29th minute.
Leaders Thika Queens continued with their top form after beating Ulinzi Starlets 2-0 in another zone A match at Thika stadium.
Harambee Starlets striker Mwanahalima Adam and Cate Adongo netted for the winners at Thika Stadium.
Adam was on target in the 53rd before Catherine Githae sealed the victory in the 61st minute.
In zone B, Nakuru West played to a one all draw against their visitors Oserian Ladies at Nakuru Showground.
Margaret Omweri opened the score in the 47th minute for Nakuru but Diana Koskei in the 60th minute to cancel out the score to earn a point for the hosts.
