Fresh from competeing at the Continental championships, Tusker and Gor Mahia will be out, chasing for points in their re rescheduled match this Wednesday.
Defending champions Tusker, who lost to Zamalek in the CAF Champions league 4-0 on aggregate will be playing newbies FC Talanta at Ruaraka grounds.
The Robert Matano coached side lost the opening match to AFC Leopards 1-0.
Former champions who qualified into the second round Gor Mahia will be taking on Kariobangi Sharks at the Kasarani stadium.
Leopards will be playing former champions Ulinzi Stars at Ruaraka Ruaraka on Friday.
