Greg Snow win Captain’s Pro-Am prize in Kiambu

Muthaiga’s professional golfer Greg Snow won the Pro-Am Mike Nyangi Captain’s prize title played at the par 72 Kiambu golf club today.

The renown pro carded five birdies, ten pars and two bogeys to enjoy a one stroke lead against home player Michael Karanga (AM), the current Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC), Samuel Njoroge (Pro) and another pro David Wakhu for top three positions as pros dominated the top ten positions.

Snow, the Safari Tour series winner heading into the 2023 Magical Kenya Open fired a total of three under par 69 on the par 72 golf course.

He recorded back to back pars in 1-3 pars 4, 5 and 5 before recovering with a birdie in 4th par 3, leveled in par five followed by back to back bogeys in 6th and 7th pars pars and concluded the first nine with pars in 8th and 9th for a total of over 37.

His best score came in the second nine with four birdies in 10th, 12th, 17th and 18th pars four, five, three and four with all pars for four under 32 for a total of three under 69.
