Harambee Starlets Olympic Games in Limbo

Harambee Starlets may miss to participation in the 2024 Women’s Olympic Football Tournament (WOFT) qualifiers.

Today, the Confederation of African Football (Caf) released the teams ready to compete for the slots with Starlets missing and will not participate in the qualifiers for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.

Twenty-five countries have confirmed their participation in the qualifiers including Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, RD Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, and Ghana.

Others are—Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, and Zambia.
