Substitute Lautaro Martinez scored the last minute goal to seal the final batch after heading in.
The Thomas Tuchel’s three Lions scored first through Anthony Gordon in the 55th minute but Lionel Scolan’s men replied through Enzo Ferdandez who leveled in the 85th minute.
As the match was heading for the final whistle as they looked into the extra time, Martinez headed in the winning goal in the 90+2 minutes to seal the final play.
For the second time in a row, Argentina will be seeking to defend their title they last won four years ago in Qatar.
