Kakamega Homeboyz humiliated their hosts Nairobi City Stars in today’s Kenya Premier League match played at the Dandora stadium, Nairobi.
At the same, Kariobangi Sharks were held to a draw by the visiting Posta Rangers at the same venue.
In the first match of the day, Homeboyz beat City Stars 5-0 with goals from Glen Otunga in the 8th minute beating City Stars keeper Edwin Mukolwe before captain Moses Mudavadi added the second as Moses Shumah made it 3-0.
Shumah scored his second and 4th for the Kakamega based club in the 48th minute then Henry Omollo sealed the 5-0 victory in the 87th minute.
Later on, Kariobangi Sharks failed the shine at home, with a 2-2 draw against the visiting Posta Rangers.
Rangers came from 2-0 down to level after 90 minute. Ally Salum, who has been with an injury, scored first for Sharks in the 9th minute beforeRangers Felix Oluoch 1-1.
Eliud Lokuwarm scored in his net for 2-1 but Curtis Wekesa scored to earn a point.
