Former Kenya Cup champions Homeboyz RFC have reversed their decision and they will play in the Kenya Cup 2022/2023 season set to kick off next month.
Last week, the club announced that they will not be playing in the top flight rugby league due to financial constraints but today they sid they will be competing.
Today, the team manager Elphas Etemesi said that the old players prevailed on the club to keep their status for the forthcoming season
“Former players approached when they heard our decision and said i and told us to play and hour the fixtures for the upcoming season” added Etemesi.
However, they will not play in the Impala floodlit tournament which kickoffs this Saturday
