Homeboyz stun ten-man Mathare

Kakamega Homeboyz defeated 10-man Mathare United in the Kenya premier league match played today at Machakos stadium.

Peter Thiong’o netted a brace as the Kakamega based club beat slum boys 3-1 as they moved to the second position with 20 points from 11 matches as Mathare moved to 7^th with 17 points with same matches.

Thiongo broke the deadlock in the 20^th minute before doubling in the 51^st minute for a double before substitute halved in the 62^nd minute as David Okoth netted the winner in the 82^nd minute to seal the victory.

Mathare United was forced to end the matcvh with ten men after midfielder Roy Okal was sent off in the 75th minute.
