Former Sofapaka head coach Medo Melis will be joining Mount Kenya United formerly Nakumatt fc in the Kenya Premier League (KPL).
The Egyptian-born American watched from the stands as his former side went down 4-1 to champions Gor Mahia at Kasarani stadium on Wednesday. He was seen having animated conversation with some of the team’s senior players before having a lengthy chat with members of the team’s leadership group outside the stadium.
Anthony Mwangi has been in the charge of the side that has managed just two draws with six defeats. They sit bottom of the 18-team log on two points.
