Kabras Sugar and KCB maintained their unbeaten run in the Kenya Cup round three played today in various fields as three matches are postponed.
The sugar millers lacked respect for their hosts Kenya Harlequins with a 05-43 win while the bankers were 19-32 winners against their hosts Kenyatta University side Blak Blad RFUEA and KCB Grounds respectively.
It was a reprieve for Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) after winning their first match against Mwamba. The students beat Mwamba 6-12 away to Ruaraka Grounds.
But it was a blow when two matches were postponed by the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU). The postponed matches were between Nondescripts and Strathmore Leos at RFUEA grounds and Menengai Oilers and Impala Saracens at the Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) Showground in Nakuru have been moved to a later date after some players tested positive for Covid-19 ahead of the match.
