Moses Kirwa Yator will redeem his image at the 4th edition of Kalya Half marathon set for this Saturday in West Pokot County.
Yator, the 2015 winner will be targeting to better his time that he won with two years ago in 66:22 ahead of home boy Hosea Mwok (66:30).
Speaking during the third edition of Kakamega Marathon last Saturday when he finished third in 21km distance.
“I failed to compete last year because I had stomach upsets but this year, am in top form and I promise to redeem my 2015 image,” said Yator who trains in Eldoret.
The race cuts across two counties of Trans Nzoia and West Pokot along Kitale-Kapenguria road. The race starts at Maili Saba (Trans Nzoia County) and ending at Makutano junction in West Pokot County.
