Holders KCB have been seeded first as Kenya Rugby 7s circuit kicks off next weekend at the Prinsloo 7s at the Nakuru Athletics Club in Nakuru County.
Sixteen teams have been pooled at the opening leg of the series with Kabras leading pool A and KCB Rugby will campaign from Pool C.
2026 Prinsloo 7s Division One Pools
Pool A: Kabras Sugar, Kenya Harlequin, Mwamba RFC and Embu RFC
Pool B: Strathmore Leos, Daystar Falcons, MMUST RFC and Kisumu RFC
Pool C: KCB Rugby, CUEA Monks, Nondescripts and NYS Spades
Pool D: Menengai Oilers, Nakuru RFC, Impala RFC and Blak Blad
