Former Kenya Cup champions KCB has taken the lead as the top rugby15s league take a Christmas break.
Following their victory against Nakuru in 45-10 at the Nakuru Athletic Club, the bankers have taken the lead with 20 points ahead of defending champions Kabras Sugar and Menengai Oilers with 19 points apiece.
Second placed Oilers were 37-22 winners over Homeboyz while Kabras beat Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) 21-0, failing to book bonus points.
