Long hitter Daniel Nduva won a back to back Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) event that was staged at his home turf, the par 71 Nyali Golf and Country Club.
Nduva won Nyali Open championships, the grand finale of KAGC series after winning the Kenya Amateur Strokeplay in October at the same venue.
Nduva beat Tanzanian national player Victor Joseph by five shots, to finish six over 219 in the 54 hole three day tournament in the coastal town.
He carded four over 75 on the last round on Sunday adding to his level played on Saturday and two over 73 he played on Friday.
The South Africa based golfer currently pursuing golfing lessons enjoyed the second day lead and he beat Victor for the second time on the same course.
The Tanzanian international started well on Friday playing one over 72 but floored on the second day with eight over 79 but recovered on the final round with two over 73 to end with 11 over 224.
Matthew Wahome completed the podium after losing to Victor on count back. Wahome registered two under 69 on the opening day, six over 77 and 7 over 78.
