Kenya Hockey teams have failed to travel for the opening matches of Africa Nations Cup Championships that will be held in Ghana.
Both men and women teams failed to travel to Zambia to take part of the opening fixtures on Monday.
The national women’s team was to open the campaign against Zambia on tomorrow for the quadrennial championships set for January 17th to January 23rd.
Kenya women is pooled alongside Zambia, Ghana and Nigeria in pool B while Pool A has South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Uganda.
Kenyan men lies in pool A alongside Namibia, champions South Africa while Pool consists of Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda with top two teams proceeding to the semi-final
