Kenya Lionesses, the national rugby 7s women team will be chasing a slot at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France when they compete at the qualifiers at the Africa Cup Sevens-cum-Olympic qualifiers in Tunisia.
The Dennis Mwanja will be seeking to compete at the Olympic Games for the third time in row after 2016 in Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo Japan in 2021.
The Lionesses will seek to erase the bad memories during the Africa championship last year in Tunisia which acted as World Cup sevens and Commonwealth games qualifier with Kenya finishing a disappointing fifth.
The Lionesses open their campaign against Zambia at 11:44am they then face Ghana at 2:24pm and conclude their preliminaries against Madagascar at 5:40 pm
The quarterfinals, semifinals and final take place on Sunday.
