Africa bronze medalist Kenya Prisons and Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) recorded their second win at the ongoing Africa Club Women Volleyball championships in Kelibia, Tunisia.
The Kenyan Prisons recorded straight set wins against Ethiopian side National Alcohol in 25-10, 25-17 and 25-09 to lead pool C after yesterday’s 3-0 (25-09, 25-18 and 25-20) against Chief Naval from Nigeria.
Tomorrow, the Josp Barasa led side will be taking on Patriotic Army of Rwanda.
KPC, who are in pool D beat El Wak Wings in their second match today in straight sets of 19-25, 17-25 and 23-25 after beating Customs of Nigeria 3-0 (25-19,25-18,25-9) yesterday.
Other Kenyan representatives KCB lost 3-1 to champions Carthage of Tunisia.
After beating Ivory Coast’s Mimosa 3-0 (25-13,25-12,25-10) yesterday, they fell to Carthage in 20-25, 17-25, 25-13 and 14-25 in pool B.
