Kenya Simbas move one step up on World Rugby Ranking

Kenya Simbas, the National Rugby 15s side has moved one step up in the latest World Rugby Ranking released today.

Simbas gained 0.74 points to move up from position 37 to 36 following their 27-22 victory against Uganda at the Elgon Cup first leg played over the weekend at the RFUEA grounds, Nairobi, as Uganda will be hosting the second leg of the Elgon Cup this Saturday, November 16

As Kenya climbed up, their rivals Uganda dropped to 37th to mark their first victory of the year after going down to Algeria and Namibia at the Rugby Africa Cup.

As Kenya moves up, South Africa leads the world with 92.46 points for the Springboks after dominating the world followed by New Zealand, Ireland, France, Argentina, England Fiji, among others.
