Kibera Black Stars end City Stars unbeaten run

Kibera Black Stars ended former Kenya Premier League (KPL) side Nairobi City Stars unbeaten run in the National Super League (NSL) on Sunday afternoon at Camp Toyoyo.

City Stars had enjoyed a 17 league run without a loss but relegation zoned Kibera won the match 1-0 to end the league long run to end the first leg of the 19 teams second tier league in the country.

City Stars leads the table with 43 points ahead of second placed Bidco United with 7 points.

In other matches, Shabana lost 3-2 to FC Talanta as demoted  Vihiga United earned maximum points after another demote Mount Kenya United failed to travel to Mumias Complex, Modern Coast Rangers were 5-0 winners over St Joseph Youth 5-0
