Kenyans Wesley Kimutai and Emmerculate Chepkirui were the best Kenyans at the Trento half marathon held yesterday in Italy.
The Kenyans finished second in both men and women races behind Ethiopians Tamirat Tola and Biruktayit Degefa in m,en and women respectively.
Kimutai was second in 60:45 behind Tola in 59:49 with another Kenyan Kevin Kibet completing the podium in 61:40.
In women, Degefa won in 69:41 ahead of Chepkirui (69:47) and another Ethiopian Anchinalu Dessie in 69:58.
