Two time world marathon champion Edna Kiplagat and former world marathon champion Geoffrey Kirui and will be chasing the Boston marathon titles, the world marathon majors’ race set for October 11.
Kirui, who won the title in 2017 will be returning on the course facing former champion Yuki Kawauch Ethiopian Lemi Berhanu among others.
Kiplagata, who won the title also in 2017 will be up in women’s race against American Desiree Linden, the 2018 winner, Caroline Rotich who won in 2015 and Ethiopian Atsede Baysa who won in 2016.
