Kenya Premier League (KPL) continues this mid-week in various fields across the country with all 18 teams in actions.
Top of the table Mathare United, who relinquished their unbeaten run to bottom placed Mount Kenya United, formerly Nakumatt fc over the weekend, will battle to remain on top against SoNY Sugar at Green Stadium, Kericho on Thursday afternoon.
But focus will be on defending champions Gor Mahia, fresh from defeating Zamalek in the Confederation of Africa Football on Sunday, will be travelling to Bukhungu stadium to play cash trapped Vihiga United on Wednesday.
In other matches, on Wednesday, AFC Leopards under new coach Andre Mbungo will host Mount Kenya United to try to redeem their image after losing 4-1 against Bandari on Sunday at Mbaraki stadium while Western Stima whose coach Paul Ogai was nbamed the Fidelity cum Sports Journalists Association of Kenya December coach of thre month winner hosts Zoo Kericho at Moi stadium, Kisumu.
