Leaders Vihiga Queens will be chasing their unbeaten run when they play against relegation bound Kisumu Starlets in the weekend’s Kenya Women Premier league.
Vihia who lost the title last season to Thika Queens, take on troubled Kisumu on their way to reclaim the title and the Moi Stadium Kisumu on Sunday encounter comes when the Vihiga County team has taken a nine-point lead at the summit of the table.
Champions Thika Queens will play Nakuru City Queens at their backyard, Thika stadium.
In other matches, FKF Cup winners Ulinzi Starlets will travel to Vihiga to face off with newbies Bunyore Starlets at the Mumboha stadium on Saturday as Gaspo Women will be hosting Zetech Sparks at the Stima Club.
