Leopards top four finish dealt a blow with City Stars draw

AFC Leopards played out to a draw against Nairobi City Stars in their rescheduled Kenyan Premier League match at the Thika Stadium today.

With one match to go, Leopards who have been targeting top four finish in the league, they were the losers with one-all draw. And the draw leaves Ingwe in the 7^th position with 48 points.

Timothy Ouma scored first in the 40^th minute to hand City Stars the lead but AFC’s Josphat Lopaga leveled in the 73^rd minute.

The outcome leaves City Stars fifth on the log with 48 points, four behind record champions Gor Mahia who are fourth.
