Zesco United striker John Mark Makwata will replace Kashiwa Reysol striker Michael Olunga in the Caf qualifiers against Comoros on Wednesday.
Kenyan Harambee Stars will be hosting the islanders on Wednesday before the return leg three days latter.
The Zambian based Makwata will replace Olunga who will miss both legs as he is held in Japan when the whole team went into Quarantine over coronavirus.
This will boost stars head coach Jacob Ghost Mulee squad as Montreal Impact and Stars captain Victor Wanyama will link up with the team latter.
