Muthaiga golf club’s Tuimur Malki won Tea Field golf tournament, the Kenya Amateur Golf Championships (KAGC) played over the weekend on par 71 Kericho golf club.
The junior golfer edged of William Odera in sudden death play-off to claim the title after they tied on 7 over 149. The two time winner Odera played +7 and level in the two rounds while Malik registered +3 and +4 in round one and two respectively.
Malik won on the sudden death play-off they both made pars in the first three holes as and Odera lost in the 4th hole to give Malik the title.
